Job Description:
As a senior member on the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing our educational software applications. You will program Windows COM, ActiveX controls which run inside Microsoft's Internet Explorer, possibly xpcom components, depending on your experience. Given feature requirements, you must be able to independently design, implement, and test the required software features. You will also collaborate with other team members to deliver the complete software application.

职位要求：
1. 计算机科学本科学位；
2. 至少5年COM/ActiveX相关的应用程序开发经验；
3. 精通I/E或其他浏览器， 如javascript引擎；
4. 开发过优质软件的可证明的经验；
5. 能运用面向对象模式编写干净有效的程序；
6. 好的职业道德；
7. 能有创意的解决问题。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in computer science;
2. Minimum five years of experience in developing software applications in COM/ActiveX on windows;
3. Good knowledge of the internals of Internet Explorer or other web browsers, e.g. JavaScript engines;
4. Proven track-record of delivering robust software applications;
5. Ability to write clean, efficient code using object-oriented paradigm;
6. Have good work ethics;
7. Be creative in solving problems.

关键技术要求：
1. 有开发COM/ActiveX的经验；
2. 有开发xpcom的经验者优先考虑；
3. 能用英语和中文良好的沟通交流。

Essential Skills:
1. Experience in developing COM/ActiveX is essential;
2. Experience in developing xpcom would be and advantage;
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
