作为核心技术部的成员，你的主要职责如下：
1. 从语言专家的角度来引导技术团队开发，与语音工程师一起为语音评分建立并改进语音分析的演算公式；
2. 设计英语测评考试并评估其可靠度；
3. 收集、处理与管理用于技术研发的语言数据：包括转录、注解及鉴定从各种不同的渠道得到的录音记录与文章；设计与实施评估实验；管理内部与外部的资料提供者及合作伙伴。

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a talented linguist to join our culturally-diverse Research and Development team, who are on a mission to develop the next generation of technology and products for language assessment and learning. We welcome candidates who are motivated, creative and enthusiastic about what they do to apply for this position.
As a member of the core technology team, you will:
1. Guide technology developments from a language expert point of view: work with speech engineers on ways to use and improve speech analysis algorithms for speech and language assessment and scoring;
2. Design English assessment tests and measure their reliability;
3. Collect, process and manage linguistic data for technology development. Transcribe, annotate and validate recordings and text from various sources; Design and conduct evaluation experiments; Manage internal and external contributors and partners.

职位要求：
1. 语言学专业硕士/博士学历，或在相关领域拥有一定的学术成就；
2. 拥有丰富的中英文语言知识；
3. 精通第二语言习得或语言评测；
4. 有英语口语测评经验者优先；
5. 有项目管理经验者优先；
6. 有一定编程能力者优先。

Job Requirements:
1. MSc/PhD in linguistics or related discipline;
2. Excellent knowledge of English and Mandarin;
3. Expertise in second language acquisition or language assessment;
4. Professional experience of spoken English assessment would be a big plus;
5. Project management experience would be a plus;
6. Coding skills would be a plus.
