Job Description:
We are currently looking for a talented speech scientist to help strengthen our multi-national R&D team, currently developing next generation technology and products for language assessment and learning. Successful candidates would have proven excellence and good work ethics in academic or industry context and demonstrated creativity in building speech systems with revolutionary designs. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic colleague, at senior or junior level.

职位要求：
1. 语音技术（或相关专业）硕士/博士；
2. 精通自动语音识别技术，特别是在声学建模方面；
3. 具有面向对象语言(C++, C# or Java)和脚本语言(Python or Ruby)的精湛编程技术；
4. 熟练的英语书面表达和口头交流能力；
5. 有发音评测方面语音技术的应用经验者优先；
6. 具有音调分析经验者优先；
7. 具有商务应用软件开发经验者优先。

Job Requirements:
1. MS/PhD degree in speech (or related) technologies;
2. Expertise in automatic speech recognition, especially in acoustic modeling;
3. Excellent programming skills in both object-oriented languages (C++, C# or Java)and scripting (Python or Ruby);
4. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English;
5. Experience in application of speech technologies for pronunciation assessment is a plus;
6. Experience in pitch analysis is a plus;
7. Experience in development of commercial software is a plus.
