职位描述：
此职位将直接汇报给CEO，并全权负责公司Flash网页产品的开发和实施，主要职责如下：
1. 管理整个项目开发过程 – 包括设计、研发、部署等环节；
2. 对基于网页的Flash产品负责，包括项目预算、计划和资源配置；
3. 带领相关团队的经理（包括设计、用户体验、视觉艺术、技术和课程内容团队）一起实现该Flash网页产品的交付；
4. 在深刻理解中国互联网用户的状况和使用习惯的基础上，协助团队设计出一个明确的计划来将用户使用商业化；
5. 支持网页游戏产品的发布和运作。

Job Description:
As Saybot’s lead Producer, this person will report to the CEO and have overall responsibility for the development and execution of the Company’s plan for a Flash web product, a major initiative in the Company. The key responsibilities will be to:
1. Manage the entire project development processes – from design, development, to deployment;
2. Own production of a web-based flash product including project budget, schedule, and resources;
3. Lead multidisciplinary team managers (Design, UX, Art, Technology, and Curriculum) to deliver this Flash web product;
4. Assist team develop a clear plan that outlines how to monetize consumer usage of the product based on solid understanding of Chinese online user demographics and behaviors;
5. Support post-launch efforts and game operation.

职位要求：
1. 3年以上成功的Flash网游制作经验，尤其是针对中国市场的产品；
2. 对多媒体网游产品的限制和机遇均有较深刻的理解；
3. 有一定的项目执行经验 – 能按时并在预算内完成基于网页产品的开发和实施；
4. 很强的商业敏锐度 – 对中国的数字化多媒体商业化模型有深刻的理解，并在建立商业上可行的网页产品方面有成功的经验；
5. 能带领不同的团队一起工作；
6. 较强的创造力和主动性；
7. 出色的分析能力、战略思考能力和表达技巧；
8. 能用中英文进行有效沟通；
9. 对教育行业有热情，尤其是儿童语言学习方面。

Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of successful Flash web games production experience at the Producer or Associate Producer level, preferably in the Chinese marketplace;
2. Deep understanding of the limitations and opportunities of multiplayer Flash web games / products;
3. Track record of project execution – completing and delivering web based products on time and on budget;
4. Strong commercial acumen – deep understanding of China digital media monetization models and proven success at building commercially viable web products;
5. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from art to technology;
6. High level of creativity and strong initiative;
7. Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and presentation skills;
8. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese;
9. A passion for learning, especially kids language learning .
