Saybot正在积极寻找一名有经验的Python工程师加入它的MMORPG团队。此团队主要任务是和产品，设计，艺术，及其他软件团队一起，开发并运营一个虚拟世界。此职位需要：

Job Description:
Saybot is seeking an experienced gameplay engineer for it MMORPG team. The team works closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to construct gameplay system as well as fundamental server architecture and implementations.

职位要求：
1. 二年以上的python经验（请展示做过的项目）；
2. 熟悉Twisted库和asynchronous的编程模式；
3. 熟悉Python和数据库的交互；
4. 熟悉迭代式开发环境，并能够高效开发代码；
5. 热爱游戏，主动解决问题，可以参与到虚拟世界各个方面的工作；
6. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力；
7. 对游戏行业有热情；
8. 熟悉PyAMF或者其他的AS3对象serialization mechanisms优先；
9. 有虚拟世界开发经验优先，如有完成产品最佳。

Job Requirements:
1. Two or more years Python experience, with a portfolio to prove it;
2. Familiarity with the Twisted networking library and its asynchronous programming model;
3. Demonstrated familiarity with interfacing Python to SQL databases;
4. Ability to balance writing efficient code with writing readable code and working under fast prototyping schedules;
5. Self-motivation and willingness to participate in many areas of game development;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
7. Passion for games;
8. Familiarity with PyAMF or other object serialization mechanisms that interface with Actionscript 3.0 is plus;
9. Experience on at least one shipped game title, preferably an MMORPG is plus.
