职位描述：
1. 协助部门进行产品设计、产品原型评测；
2. 协助部门进行现有产品的改版设计；
3. 主持用户观察、深访、焦点小组等可用性相关测试；
4. 设计可用性测试，完成计划，进行测试工作和完成报告，给出产品改进建议；
5. 设计和实施各种的用户研究，统计和分析各种用户体验数据和报告，挖掘用户需求及相应产品使用习惯。

Job Description:
1. Assist in designing products and testing its prototype;
2. Assist in updating current products;
3. Conduct user observation, interviews and focus group related testing;
4. Design and conduct usability testing and finish modification report;
5. Make research on users, analyze users' feeling report and explore their needs and use habits.

职位要求：
1. 人机交互、认知心理学、工业设计、或相关专业本科以上学历，硕士优先；
2. 熟悉研究方法论和研究步骤，了解各种研究方法，有统计和数据分析基础；
3. 优秀的英文文章阅读能力，能阅读专业相关文章，英语六级以上优先；
4. 具有良好的工作计划和自我管理能力，能研究投入和收益比率，在有限时间内完成研究报告；
5. 对互联网行业热情，有实际针对互联网产品的研究经验，有儿童教育经验优先；
6. 2年以上相关工作经验（含实习）。

Job Requirements:
1. Human-Computer interaction, Cognitive psychology, industrial design or related majors, master degree is preferred;
2. Familiar with methodology and different study methods, basic level in statistics and data anlysis;
3. Excellent ability of reading English and job-related articles, CET-6 above is preferred;
4. Good work planning and self management skills, capable of finishing study report on time;
5. Have a passion for IT(online products) industry, first-hand experience in children education is preferred;
6. 2 year plus related working experience (include internship).
