职位：软件工程师
职位描述：
1. 了解项目要求，完成代码编写和测试，按时完成项目，并不断进行改善；
2. 与其他部门（包括产品、设计、软件测试等部门）共同研究便捷有效的方法；
3. 快速满足客户需求；
4. 推进软件工程实践，对于软件开发以及系统维护过程提出合理的建议。

职位要求：
1. 优秀的程序设计技术和丰富的架构知识；
2. 熟悉以下至少一种程序设计语言：C++, Python, Ruby, Java, 或者 Action Scripts；
3. 丰富的常识；
4. 工作努力，头脑灵活。

Job Description：
1. Gather project requirement, write high quality code and tests, launch projects within deadline and follow up on future improvements；
2. Work with other teams (product, arts, QA) to deliver simple and efficient solutions；
3. Meet customers' need quickly；
4. Promote best software engineering practices, recommend changes in the software development and system maintenance process。

Requirements：
1. Excellent programming skills and good architecture knowledge；
2. Expertise in one of the following programming language: C++, Python, Ruby, Java, and Action Scripts is required；
3. Good common sense；
4. Work hard and smart。
