职位描述：
Saybot正在招聘一名有经验的游戏开发软件工程师。其职责主要在于后台服务器和主要游戏系统架构的设计和实现，包括：人工智能系统，地图，战斗系统等等。

Job Description:
Saybot is seeking an experienced gameplay engineer for it MMORPG team. The team works closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to construct gameplay system as well as fundamental server architecture and implementations.

职位要求：
1. 精通Java；
2. 三年以上的游戏开发经验；
3. 分布式系统和client/server 结构的开发经验；
4. 优化系统架构和代码的经验；
5. 游戏系统的经验，比如人工智能，战斗系统，物品系统等；
6. 对网络和服务器的安全知识有所涉及；
7. 热爱游戏，能主动积极面对任何游行开发任务的挑战。

Job Requirements:
1. Expertise in Java;
2. Minimum of 3 years game programming experience;
3. Experience with client/server architecture;
4. Experience with distributed systems;
5. Experience with code optimization;
6. Experience with gameplay systems such as AI, combat, or path finding;
7. Knowledge of network and server security issues;
8. Self-motivation and willingness to participate in many areas of game development;
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
10.Passion for games.

优先条件：
1. 熟悉Ruby或Python；
2. 曾经发布过网游产品；
3. 计算机，数学，物理等有关联的学位。

Plusses:
1. Experience in Ruby or Python;
2. Experience on at least one shipped title, preferably an MMORPG;
3. Computer science, mathematics, physics, or related degree.
