职位描述：
1. 进行Web游戏的Flex及ActionScript部分的开发；
2. AS3互动程序部分的开发，编写视觉特效、互动效果等；
3. 负责AS3组件的编写。

Job Description:
1. Web game development with Flex and ActionScript;
2. Visual effect and interactive effect development with ActionScript;
3. Develop ActionScript components.

职位要求：
1. 三年以上ActionScript 开发经验，一年以上的Flex开发经验；
2. 精通MXML, ActionScript；
3. 有良好的面向对象的编程习惯，熟悉常用设计模式；
4. 熟悉Flex常用框架如（Cairngorm、pureMVC）；
5. 熟悉HTML与javascript。

Job Requirements:
1. Have three years experience of ActionScript development, and one year experience of Flex development;
2. Master at MXML and ActionScript;
3. Have good OOP skills and understand design patterns;
4. Familiar with some Flex frameworks, such as Cairngorm、pureMVC;
5. Familiar with HTML and javascript.
