职位描述：
1. 带领项目团队，与产品经理协同工作，负责互联网产品前期的规划构思，完善产品概念；
2. 设计网站产品界面的信息架构、用户操作流程等，给出产品原型；
3. 执行产品可用性测试，持续改进产品；
4. 参与互联网体验、流程的制定和规范；
5. 分享设计经验、推动提高团队的设计能力。

Job Description:
1. Perform as a team leader, cooperate with product manager in designing and perfecting the product concept in pre-production phase;
2. Design the information architecture, user interface flow, etc of the online product, and provide its prototype in the meantime;
3. Execute product usability testing to prefect the product;
4. Participate in making and standardizing the user experience testing flow;
5. Share experience with peers and promote the overall design ability of the team.

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，工作经验二年以上，相关设计专业毕业；
2. 熟悉互联网产品开发流程，能熟练掌握概念图、网站地图及线框图等交互设计方法；
3. 能熟练运用手绘/草图，Axure，Photoshop，Dreamweaver等原形设计工具，熟悉CSS，DIV，HTML，Javascript，ActionScript优先；

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, 2 year plus experience, Art, design or related majors (no major or degree restrictions for those talented candidates);
2. Familiar with the procedure of making Internet products, good command of concept design, webmap and draft, etc;
3. Good command of sketch and design tools such as Axure，Photoshop，Dreamweaver, familiarization with CSS，DIV，HTML，Javascript，ActionScript is strongly preferred.
