职位描述：
1. 电话及网络在线接听客服电话，解答用户一般性投诉事项；
2. 及时、妥善处理客户咨询或投诉，并记录归档；
3. 利用系统对信息进行记录、核实、匹配、处理、跟踪状态；
4. 能够迅速处理突发临时性客户服务工作。

Job Description:
1. Customer coordinate with telephone and internet,and handle customer complaints.
2. Provide prompt, professional and effective solution to customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Regularly collect customers' suggestions, market feedbacks and report to other related department.
4. Deal with emergency issues in time.

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，男女不限；
2. 普通话标准，声音甜美，有一定的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
3. 熟悉电脑操作，具有较快的文字输入能力；
4. 强烈的团队意识、客户服务意识，较强的承压能力；
5. 有相关工作经验者优先；
6. 工作时间（调休制）：周一~周五，早九晚九，周末早10晚七（节假日除外）。

Job Requirements:
1. College education.
2. Sweet voice and standard mandarin, good communication skills.
3. Proficient in computer, good typing skills.
4. Customer-oriented and team player.
5. Relative working experience is a plus.
6. Working time: Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 21:00, Weekend: 10:00 to19:00(except holiday)
