职位描述：
1. 协助部门进行项目计划，和项目管理；
2. 协助部门进行现有项目流程的优化；
3. 必要时帮助设计完成产品设计/用户研究等工作。

Job Description:
1. To assist project planning and management;
2. To facilitate project work flow and communication;
3. To assist user research and product design when necessary.

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历；
2. 优秀的沟通能力，积极主动的工作方式，细致的工作习惯，具有良好的工作计划能力；
3. 熟悉各种项目管理方法和工具，有敏捷开发、迭代开发管理经验优先；
4. 优秀的英文文章阅读能力，能阅读专业相关文章，英语六级以上优先。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Detail-oriented, good planning capability, strong communication and team work skills;
3. Familiar with product and project management process, agile; development related working experience preferred;
4. Good command of English, CET-6 above preferred.
